The Georgia-US relationship today is “as strong as ever", and our friendship is based on “shared values”, said Irakli Garibashvili, the Prime Minister of Georgia, on the celebration of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between two countries.
Garibashvili started his speech by denouncing Russia’s attack on Ukraine, saying the war had shaken “not only regional, but also global security, stability and peace.”

The Georgian PM pointed out that his country, understanding the atrocities of war, had been demonstrating “full support” for Ukraine.
