Fully vaccinated Georgian citizens can now receive digital Covid vaccination certificates with QR codes to ease travel between countries, Deputy Head of Georgia’s National Centre for Disease Control Paata Imnadze told Formula TV yesterday.
Individuals who want to receive the digital document should apply to the hospital/medical facility where he/she received the second dose of a vaccine.
Imnadze also said that in order to receive the second dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, citizens no longer need to go to the place where they received the first dose of the vaccine.
Covid-19 vaccination of prisoners has started today in Georgia, reports the Georgian Justice Ministry.
