Pawel Herczynski, the European Union Ambassador to Georgia, on Monday said the “historic decision” by the European Council to grant Georgia the European perspective set a “new reality”.
Herczynski noted the “great responsibility” of becoming the new EU Ambassador to Georgia, with the tenure coming “at one of the most important moments in EU-Georgia relations”.

Earlier today, Herczynski presented his credentials to Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili.
