Georgian Economy Minister Natia Turnava has tested positive for coronavirus.
The press office of the Ministry of Economy of Georgia announces that Turnava feels good and will continue treatment at home.
Turnava went into self-isolation yesterday following reports that she had been in contact with a coronavirus-infected individual.
Georgian Education Minister Mikheil Chkhenkeli is also in self-isolation after his family member tested positive for coronavirus. However, Chkhenkeli does not have any symptoms typical of Covid-19 and is feeling well, says the ministry.
Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia and head of the government administration Natia Mezvrishvili have also both tested positive for coronavirus.
