Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius said the resumption of “borderisation” in the Georgian village of Gugutiantkari, Gori Municipality, near the occupation line is “worrying to see”.
Worrying to see resumption of 'borderization' process at the ????????village of Gugutiantkari. Initiated by Russian-backed authorities in Tskhinvali,it worsens the security situation, impedes people-to-people contacts & creates more instability. #Russia must cease these illegal actions pic.twitter.com/BDj6SAJCWR

The occupation forces started erection of so-called border in the village of Gugutiantkari on the eve of the eleventh anniversary of the 2008 Russia-Georgia war.
Since then a number of countries including Poland, United States and United Kingdom have condemned "borderisation" in Georgia and called on the Russian Federation to withdraw its forces.
Although the Russian Foreign Ministry calls "borderisation" in Georgia "a myth", Georgian Foreign Ministry is grateful to the international community for their "strong support in condemning the illegal erection of artificial barriers".
