Georgian Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani on Thursday condemned the bombing of a children's hospital in the besieged port of Mariupol in Ukraine.
The top Georgian diplomat described the bombing of maternity and children's hospital as “barbaric” and strongly condemned the “cowardly” attack on defenseless, innocent civilians.
This shameful massacre must end immediately, Zalkaliani tweeted.

The Mariupol City Council said on Wednesday the hospital had been hit several times by a Russian air strike, causing “colossal” destruction.
