The Georgian Government continues to assist its citizens evacuate from Ukraine, including in the process of their organised return to Georgia, the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Wednesday.
The foreign office said over the last 24 hours, more than a hundred Georgian citizens had returned to Georgia both by land and air, adding that this week, with the involvement of the Government, 220 citizens would be provided with similar assistance.
In addition, the process of the organised evacuation of Georgian citizens from Lviv to Warsaw also continues with the support of the state.
