Peter Fischer, the newly appointed Ambassador of Germany to Georgia, on Monday said the friendship between the two countries would bring new projects in bilateral relations.
Fischer on Monday held his first meeting with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, discussing “geopolitical challenges”.
In his remarks following the meeting, the German diplomat stressed the Georgian PM’s upcoming visit to Berlin and meeting with Chancellor Olaf Scholz would “add impetus” to bilateral relations.
