Imedi TV journalist Zura Balanchivadze has tested positive for coronavirus.

Balanchivadze wrote on Facebook today that he felt unwell the previous day but had no temperature when he went to work in the morning. However, later at home his temperature increased to 37.7 and he immediately tested for the virus. 

All of his contacts have been informed and they went to self-isolation, Imedi TV announced.

It noted as well that the building has been disinfected so that Imedi TV continues to broadcast in accordance to the health ministry recommendations.
