Georgian law enforcers have detained nine Turkish citizens who entered Georgia illegally, and confiscated four firearms from their temporary residence.

The Georgian State Security Service reported earlier today that a special operation, with the involvement of the Georgian Interior Ministry, took place at two locations in Batumi.

The Georgian State Security Service released the video.

The agency says that they are investigating the case.

The detainees face charges for illegally crossing the border and the illegal possession and transportation of firearms.
