Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs has detained a Georgian citizen for the purchase and possession of an especially large quantity of drugs.
The ministry identified the individual only as 42-year-old A.M, who was detained in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi with 28,388gr of heroin.
Police claim the man brought the drugs in from Turkey.
An investigation is in progress to provide more details.
