Looking forward to continuing working closely with Georgia in this historic phase of EU-Georgia relations, advancing on Georgia’s EU path.
Kobakhidze and his cabinet were approved by the Parliament on Thursday following the resignation of Irakli Garibashvili as the PM on January 29.
The development followed Georgia being granted EU membership candidate status on December 14.
Along with the requested status, the country also received nine conditions to meet for opening accession talks with the bloc.
