The Georgian Parliament on Friday hosted the second meeting on the implementation of the nine steps outlined by the European Commission as prerequisites for initiating accession talks with the country.
The agenda of the working meeting included changes related to the Special Investigation Service and the Personal Data Protection Service bodies.
It also reviewed regulations for the Anti-Corruption Bureau and legislation on common courts.
The meeting was attended by MPs of the parliamentary majority from the ruling Georgian Dream party and opposition parties, as well as the Georgian Civil Society National Platform for the Eastern Partnership non-governmental organisation.
