Georgia's winter destination Gudauri is set to host the international jazz festival Winter Jazz Gudauri on Thursday and Friday, with eleven artists from different countries participating in the event, the Mountain Trails Agency said on Saturday.
Organised by Eastern Promotions, the company promoting in the Caucasus region, with the partnership of the MTA and the National Tourism Administration, the festival will be opened by Georgian musical artist Soulidan.
Legendary house artists, including Kenny Bobien, often referred to as the “King of Gospel House Music”, Grammy Award-nominated Josh Milan and British multi-instrumentalist Kaidi Tatham will play at the festival.
The programme also features an American “dance music icon” DJ Spen, Greg Gauthier, a French producer and DJ, as well as French DJ Afshin. An American musician Scott Kinsey and his stellar group will close the first day of the festival with the project - We Speak Luniwaz: the Music of Joe Zawinul.
