Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili on Friday joined world leaders at the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference hosted in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
Garibashvili and other leaders participating in the summit were welcomed by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE, and António Guterres, the Secretary General of the UN, the Government Administration said.
