Georgian football player Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has officially left the Russian club Rubin Kazan and will continue his career in Georgia’s Dinamo Batumi.
Rubin said on Thursday Kvaratskhelia had suspended his contract with the club following “consultations”.
We thank Khvicha for his time spent in Rubin and wish him luck!” the club announced.
The Dinamo club - based in the Black Sea city of Batumi - confirmed the 21-year-old midfielder would be joining the club the same day.
Kvaratskhelia had signed a five-year contract with Kazan in 2019. In 2021, he became the Most Viewed Player of transfermarkt.com - the football website for transfers, statistics and market values.
