Georgian midfielder Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored twice to lead Napoli to a 4-0 win over Monza, a side promoted to Serie A, in the second round of the Italian championship at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Sunday.
The 21-year-old Georgian midfielder scored from 20 metres in the 35th minute to give his side the lead, before adding a second in the 62nd to make the score 3:0.
The win has given Napoli the maximum six points after two rounds of the new season, while Kvaratskhelia, with three goals in two rounds, is among the top-scorers of the league. The Georgian national team player also has one assist.
In the opening fixture of the Serie A season on August 15, the Georgian made an immediate impact following his transfer from Georgian club Dinamo Batumi last month, contributing to the 5-2 win against Verona.
