The Georgian national Under-17 football team has called up Giorgi Chubinidze, a player of the AFC Bournemouth club’s youth academy, for friendly matches against Montenegro next month, Georgian media outlets reported on Friday.
The media also noted the young football player was also invited to England’s age group, but, this time, he had chosen Georgia.
Georgia will host the teams in Rustavi, in the technical centre of the Georgian Football Federation.
The National U-17 football team will start the next stage of the European Championship qualification round in October.
The Georgian team will face England, Israel and Lithuania in the group.
