Georgia reports 2,103 new cases of coronavirus, weekly positivity rate stands at 5.58%

Georgia has reported 2,103 new cases of coronavirus, 1,553 recoveries and 60 deaths in the past 24 hours. The weekly positivity rate for tested individuals stands at 5.58%.

A total of 34,234 tests were conducted around the country in the past 24 hours. 17,590 of the 34,234 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 16,644 were PCR tests.

936,844 cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia since February 26, 2020.

A total of 896,868 of 936,844 patients have recovered, while 13,860 have died from the virus.

A total of 4,495 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today.
