Georgia received one million doses of Chinese Sinopharm and Sinovac Covid-19 vaccines earlier this month and the mass vaccination in the country should have begun starting July 5.
However, due to the cyber attack on the registration webpage, the process has been postponed.
Deputy Health Minister Tamar Gabunia stated earlier today that the problem has been resolved and the registration for the Chinese vaccines began earlier today on booking.moh.gov.ge.
She said that 20,000 individuals have already registered for Sinopharm vaccines in the morning.
Georgia is expecting Pfizer vaccines next month.
267,727 have received coronavirus vaccines in Georgia so far.
