Georgia has reported 1,392 new cases of coronavirus, 531 recoveries and 11 deaths in the past 24 hours.
In total, 38,136 tests have been conducted around the country of which 17,650 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 20,486 were PCR tests.

Mass vaccination against the Covid-19 started in Georgia on July 5.
Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics had posted on his Twitter account that the government of Latvia decided to provide Covid19 vaccines to Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, Albania and Kenya.

In addition, 633 patients are in critical condition of which 164 are on artificial ventilation.
As of today 7,144 individuals are in self-isolation and 71 individuals are under quarantine.

In addition Georgia has confirmed 52 cases of the Delta Covid-19 variant, which was first Confirmed in India.
Deputy Health Minister Tamar Gabunia said yesterday that there are 'five suspicious cases are under examination'.
There is a risk that the Delta variant may become more widespread, with an estimated rate of 10% to 20%, and we should be very careful', Gabunia said.
Since February 26, 2020 Georgia has had 372,685 cases of coronavirus, 356,780 recoveries and 5,394 deaths.
