A total of 54 individuals were reported missing between January-June of 2020 in Georgia, out of which 34 were found by police, while search operations for 20 individuals are still underway.
Out of the 54 people, 13 were under-aged individuals. 10 of the 13 minors have been found alive, while search operations for the remaining three children are still underway.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that among the missing 54 people, five were between the ages of 18-24, out of which two were found alive, two were found dead, while the remaining one is considered missing.
Majority of the missing individuals (51%) are Georgian citizens.
