Rescuers find body of Bauhaus Bar employee in Mtkvari River in Tbilisi

The body of a Bauhaus Bar employee who went missing on August 15 has been found by rescuers in the Mtkvari River in Tbilisi today.
The body was found near Bauhaus Bar in downtown Tbilisi.
Police began searching for two missing employees of the bar three days ago. A missing persons report was filed at 9 p.m. on August 15 and since then they have been searching for Giorgi Shalamberidze and Baia Beruashvili.
Bauhaus Bar administration had said that these two employees left the bar at 5 a.m. on August 15 and had not been seen afterwards.
A total of 54 individuals were reported missing in Georgia between January-June of 2020, including 13 who were under-aged individuals.
51% of the missing individuals are Georgian citizens.
The body of a 23-year-old tourist from the Netherlands who had been missing for 17 days in Georgia’s western city of Kutaisi has been found near the Rioni River on March 28.
Police are searching for two employees of Bauhaus Bar in downtown Tbilisi who went missing during their shift a day ago. Bauhaus Bar shared photos of Giorgi Shalamberidze and Baia Beruashvili on its official Facebook page last night.
A total of 54 individuals were reported missing between January-June of 2020 in Georgia, out of which 34 were found by police, while search operations for 20 individuals are still underway.
Six days have passed since rescuers began searching for a missing 13-year-old boy in the western Svaneti region of Georgia. Ilia Pilpani left home on his bicycle at 11 a.m. on July 18 in the village of Lenjeri near the municipality in Mestia.
The body of a second person has been found by rescuers in the Mtkvari River in Tbilisi today.
Rescuers have found the body of a missing man close to the village of Skuri in the western Tsalenjikha municipality. The rescuers had been searching for the 61-year-old man for five days since October 6.
