Georgia’s export promotion agency Enterprise Georgia has held meetings with “large American business corporations” in San Diego, California, with the aim of attracting more investment from the United States in the country, the body announced on Monday.
The roundtable discussions introduced American companies to Georgia's investment climate and competitive conditions.

Agency Director Mikheil Khidureli called the meetings “quite fruitful”, saying the “leading” companies in industrial production, real estate, hospitality, logistics and energy sectors were involved.
The official met representatives from Dalrada Financial Corporation, Chart Industries, Mintz Company and others in the discussions.
"For years, our agency has been actively working with foreign companies over investments in Georgia. We have a specific goal to attract investments in priority sectors that create high-paying jobs”, he said.
