The positive dynamics of the BPO services in Georgia and the opportunities that the country can offer to foreign companies were discussed on Friday by Georgian Economy Minister Levan Davitashvili and the investment consultants from the world’s leading companies in the industry.
The investment consultants emphasised that Georgia, “the dynamically developing country”, had to be “at the top of the lists” of any organisation seeking for a "multilingual destination with impressive technological skills, excellent infrastructure and a business-friendly Government”.
The investment familiarisation tour organised by Enterprise Georgia, an export promotion agency of the country, was attended by more than ten high-ranking managers and investment consultants of the business process outsourcing sector from the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Mexico, and South Africa. They got acquainted with the country’s business climate and investment opportunities and held meetings with private and public agencies.
The tour aims to present the investment potential of BPO services in Georgia. The investment familiarisation tours in the past months had proven to be effective in promoting the country, attracting investments and creating new jobs.
