Five players of the Georgian national rugby team have been selected in Rugby Europe’s Team of the Men's Championship following the closing of the most recent season of the competition.
The selection of Vasil Lobzhanidze, Giorgi Tsutskiridze, Shalva Mamukashvili, Tedo Abzhandadze and Akaki Tabutsadze in the squad follows their team’s latest title in the tournament Georgia has dominated over the years.

The Lelos earned the latest title after their 38-11 win over Portugal in the Spanish city of Badajoz last month.
Along with the five Georgian players, the symbolic team includes four of their counterparts from the Portuguese national team, three from Romania and two from Spain.
