Danish FM to meet Georgian officials today

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Denmark Jeppe Kofod will visit Georgia on Wednesday, the Georgian foreign office has announced.

The top Danish diplomat will hold meetings with representatives of the Government of Georgia, including Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.

Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani, Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the Parliament Nikoloz Samkharadze and Deputy Prime Minister Levan Davitashvili will also have discussions with the visiting official.

The meetings will focus on important issues of Georgian-Danish bilateral relations, as well as questions related to the Black Sea and South Caucasus regions, and global matters.
