The Georgian capital of Tbilisi will host the annual Regional Cyber Security and IT Innovation Conference between December 1-2, with participants discussing cybersecurity, digital governance and information technology.
The country’s digital governance agency, which supports the event, on Monday announced the conference would involve discussions on e-governance, information and cybersecurity projects and the process of introducing technological innovations in projects.
Organised by the ICT Business Council, it will look to bring together IT experts, information security professionals, government officials and businesses exchanging experience on best practices.
Organisers have said a “distinguished panel of keynote speakers will bring a diverse set of insights on different advancements in digital transformation and IT innovations around the world” at the event.
The programme is set to include a discussion on the “latest on digital transformation, GovTech, FinTech, Information, and Cyber Security”, as well as sessions on technology, business, and application and panel talks on “Georgian and international perspective on best practices”.
Organised with support of Georgia’s economy ministry and digital governance agency, the most recent edition of the event saw over 500 participants from more than 20 countries converge for the conference.
