Touch Summit, the largest technology conference in the South Caucasus region, opened today under the roof of Rustaveli Theatre in Tbilisi, where speakers representing innovative companies from across the world including Google, Revolut, Nike, Tesla, Siemens, Porsche and Bolt took to the stage to share experience and participate in panel discussions during the two-day event.
The conference was opened by Mariusz Gasiewski, the CEE Mobile Gaming Lead from Google, who delivered the presentation titled Fast and Furious. What Can Startups Learn From Marketing Activities of Mobile Gaming Companies?, and will be closed with the presentation entitled Stop Working - It Will Save Humanity, delivered by Dima Sarle, the founder of Earthians.
The gathering includes discussions on artificial intelligence, metaverse, digital archives, human machine interface, digital typography, sustainability, design and more.

The organisers announced the Summit would reveal a winning startup and award it with a €5000 money prize established by the Kettari Foundation, at the Startup Exhibition and Pitching event.
The conference will also continue in the western Georgian city of Kutaisi, where Kutaisi International University will host the event, the Ministry of Education said. In addition, on the initiative of the Ministry, students interested in participating in the Summit can purchase a Touch Summit student pass at a "special price".

The Summit is hosted by Touch, a digital platform launched in recent years to connect digital professionals, startups, businesses and investors.
Tbilisi city hall, Georgia’s Education Ministry, the Innovation and Technology Agency and Bank of Georgia are partnering with the event.
