Georgia’s Public Safety Management Centre 112 has improved its services by introducing international ISO Standards, the press office of the service said on Friday.

The Centre said the introduction of the ISO 9001 standard would ensure improving customer-oriented services and transparency of processes.

ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system. Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The Centre has also introduced the ISO 21001:2018 standard to help improve the quality of trainings at the organisation and ensure a “positive impact” on training/retraining of its call centre operators.
