Individuals will have to pay 40 tetris instead of monthly 20 tetris for the service of Emergency and Operative Response Center that receives emergency calls from all over Georgia via unified emergency number 112, starting from 2020.
The decision has been made by the government of Georgia.
The money will be cut from the mobile accounts of those individuals in Georgia who pop up their mobile accounts with more than five GEL on a monthly basis.
The socially vulnerable will not have to pay for 112.
The legal entities will also have to pay 40 tetris monthly, while, as for now, they have to pay 50 tetris.
Calling of 112 and the emergency service is free of charge in Georgia.
