Georgia’s leading positions in simplicity of doing business, and the country’s investment opportunities were in the focus of meetings between a delegation of FTX Crypto Derivatives Exchange and Georgian officials on Thursday.
Irakli Nadareishvili, Georgia Deputy Economy Minister and Mikheil Khidureli, the Head of Enterprise Georgia, held meetings with the visiting delegation to review “specific areas” of partnership, the Economy Ministry said.
Nadareishvili noted Georgia welcomed the interest of companies of the scale of FTX for foreign direct investments in the country, saying the Government was ready to support such initiatives.

Khidureli additionally discussed human capital resources available in the country while introducing the investment environment of Georgia to the FTX representatives.
The FTX Crypto Derivatives Exchange delegation is visiting Georgia at the invitation of the country’s Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, and will hold meetings with representatives of both state agencies and the private sector during the visit.
