A minor has been detained for illegal purchase and storage of large quantities of drugs, says the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The detainee is identified as I.J, 2004.
The crime is punishable from five to eight years in prison.
Police stopped a minor in the Ponichala settlement when he was transporting 13 packages of heroin which was seized as evidence.
