Heads of five pharmacies in Tbilisi arrested for illegal sale of psychotropic drugs

Georgian law enforcers have detained the heads of five pharmacies in Tbilisi for the illegal sale of psychotropic and other drugs which are under the special control. 

The Georgian Ministry of Finance reported earlier today that the pharmacies had been selling the drugs without prescriptions. 

The detainees have been charged with illegal entrepreneurial activities which is punishable by one to three years in prison.
