10% of Georgia’s adult population fully vaccinated

Ten per cent of Georgia’s adult population have been fully vaccinated as of August 21. 

962,165 individuals (23.7 per cent of the country's adult population) have received at least one dose of the vaccine in the country so far, of which 286,187 (10 per cent) individuals have been completely vaccinated. 

23,303 individuals received the coronavirus vaccine yesterday. 

Georgia has reported 3,803 new cases of coronavirus, 3,332 recoveries and 48 deaths in the past 24 hours. 

59,659  remain infected with Covid-19 in Georgia.

31,159 tests were conducted around the country in the past 24 hours. 

7,345 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today, while more than 48,000 are at home. 

Sixty Covid-19 patients are currently in Digomi field hospital for 500 patients. 

Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinovac and Sinopharm coronavirus vaccines are available in Georgia.
