Coronavirus: 3,196 new cases, 1,147 recoveries, 27 deaths

Georgia has reported 3,196 new cases of Covid-19, 1,147 recoveries and 27 deaths over the last 24 hours.
Out of the 3,196 new cases 1,487 were reported in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi.
Other cases were reported in:

The new cases were reported after conducting a total of 41,965 tests, including 24,659 rapid tests and 17,306 PCR tests.
As of now Georgia has confirmed 419,534 cases of the coronavirus since last February, including 382,393 recoveries and 5,820 deaths.
The number of active cases of coronavirus stands at 31,295.
Individuals in Georgia will be able to receive Pfizer coronavirus vaccines not only in hospitals, but also in outpatient facilities, Deputy Georgian Health Minister Tamar Gabunia stated earlier today.
39,126 tests were conducted around the country in the past 24 hours. 21,777 of the 39,126 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 17,351 were PCR tests. The country has had 416,338 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020. 6.59 per cent of tested individuals had Covid-19 in the past 14 days.381,246 of the 416,338 patients have recovered, while 5,793 have died from the virus.
Individuals vaccinated at the Central Republican Hospital in Tbilisi will be observed for adverse effects in specially arranged field tents, reports Interpressnews agency.

The country has had 413,626 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020. 6.73 per cent of tested individuals had Covid-19 in the past 14 days. 379,685 of the 413,626 patients have recovered, while 5,768 have died from the virus.

The country has had 422,188 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020.
20,661 tests were conducted around the country in the past 24 hours. 10,041 of the 20,661 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 10,620 were PCR tests. The country has had 423,843 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020. 7.08 per cent of tested individuals had Covid-19 in the past 14 days.386,998 of the 423,843 patients have recovered, while 5,876 have died from the virus.

Foreign citizens residing in Georgia who do not have a residence card or a permit are now able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in the three main cities of Georgia, the Georgian Health Ministry has reported.
3,000 individuals who had registered for the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine were absent yesterday to receive the vaccine, head of Georgia’s National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Amiran Gamkrelidze stated earlier today.
