Georgia has reported 754 new cases of Covid-19 after conducting a total of 35,928 tests over the last 24 hours.
Out of the 754 new cases 435 were reported in Tbilisi.

Meanwhile, 438 people have recovered from the coronavirus and 18 infected individuals have died.
As of now the number of total confirmed cases in Georgia stands at 362,937, including 348,705 recoveries, 5,255 deaths and 8,951 active cases.
Calling on the citizens to get vaccinated, Head of the National Disease Control Center (NCDC) Amiran Gamkrelidze says up to 15-20% of people in Georgia are being infected with the Delta Covid-19 variant.

From June 22 wearing a face mask in outdoor spaces is no longer mandatory, while the restriction remains in force at bus stops, in public transport and indoor spaces.
However, the Interagency Coordination Council still recommends wearing a face mask regularly as 'it is recognised as one of the most effective means of preventing the spread of the coronavirus in the world'.
In addition, starting July 1 the curfew will also be lifted.
