A bill put forward to the Georgian parliament proposes to identify dangerous parts on Georgian highways with black dots.
Up to 300 metres of roads will be identified as dangerous if at least four accidents have been registered in the area in the last three years resulting in fatalities and/or up to ten people being injured or killed by the accidents.
The dangerous parts of the roads will be identified by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Construction work or other activities will be carried out by the Roads Department of Georgia or by the municipalities.
