The Georgian Interior Ministry has registered 706 cases of violations of the state of emergency regulations and curfew during the last 24 hours throughout the country.
As a result of strict monitoring activities carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 706 facts of breaching the state emergency regulations & curfew were exposed across #Georgia within the last 24 hours.

In particular:
The Georgian Interior Ministry calls on everyone to follow the rules of the state of emergency, otherwise they will face a fine of 3,000 GEL for individuals and 15,000 GEL for legal entities; repeat offence is punishable by three years in prison.
As of now, Georgia has confirmed 131 cases of COVID-19, including two foreigners who have departed to their country.
26 individuals have recovered, while 103 remain at various hospitals throughout the country.

Georgia declared the state of emergency to prevent the spread of COVID-19 until April 21.
Tougher restrictions to contain the spread of the virus includes a nationwide curfew that will be in effect from 21:00 – 06:00 during the state of emergency.
