Three more individuals have tested positive for COVID-19 in Georgia, increasing the total number of confirmed cases to 134.

As of now, 106 of the 134 patients are infected, 26 individuals have recovered, while two foreign citizens have left to their country.

Yet another individual has tested positive for coronavirus in the country, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 131.

Georgian PM thanks EU, US ambassador for rapid support in fight against coronavirus

Medical director of Tbilisi Hospital of Infections Diseases Marina Ezugbaia said one of the individuals is the parent of a ten-year-old child, who tested positive for the virus earlier.

Confirmed cases of coronavirus reach 148 in Georgia, 27 patients recovered

The number of confirmed cases of the coronavirus have reached 148 in Georgia, including the 27 patients who have recovered. As of now there are 119 individuals inside the country who are infected with the virus (two of the 148 were foreign citizens who are no longer in the country). 5,392 are under quarantine and 319 others in hospitals in the country.
