Georgian Defence Minister Levan Izoria and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan have met to discuss how the cooperation in the defence field may be boosted between the two countries.
The meeting took place in Yerevan today.
We spoke about the importance of stability in the region and the peaceful resolution of conflicts. Both countries are eager to boost relations in the defence field,” Izoria stated after the meeting.
Before the meeting Izoria met with his Armenian counterpart, and the defence ministers signed a bilateral cooperation plan.

An official reception ceremony will be held at the administration building of the government of Georgia in central Tbilisi, with Georgian PM Giorgi Gakharia and Pashinyan meeting face-to-face and then making comments for the media.
