Construction of a multi-profile medical clinic has been completed in the village of Rukhi, located near the breakaway region of Abkhazia.
There were arranged auditorium and libraries for medical students and residents; sport facilities, parking lots, inner trails, pools and gardens were constructed in the hospital territory too. The construction of auxiliary facilities, laundry and dining complex and modern fire safety system has been completed.

Parking zones and internal roads were arranged in the hospital area. The project was funded from the state budget and costs 41 million GEL.
State Construction Company Ltd was responsible for building the 220-bed hospital in Rukhi, a village in the western Georgia city of Zugdidi, located about a kilometer from Enguri Bridge along the so-called Administrative Boundary Line (ABL) between occupied Abkhazia and the rest of Georgia.
A 100-room dormitory will function for the family members of patients from Rukhi, nearby villages and Abkhazia too.
