The snow season is gradually opening in all winter resorts of Georgia.

Winter enthusiasts across Georgia and from foreign countries are already able to hit the slopes of Gudauri, Svaneti and Goderdzi, where the snow season opens today.

Also today, the snow season opens in Didveli - a modern sports and recreational destination in the heart of Bakuriani with the highest elevated spot of 2,700 m.

There are 16 km of eight different ski trails catering to all levels of skiers, from beginners to experts; some runs are fully equipped with snowmakers, which enables the resort to ensure a standard quality of snow.

In total four ski lifts will serve the guests of Didveli which works from 10 am to 16:45 every day.

Also a 960 meter long track for mountain sleds – also known as a toboggan – is installed in Didveli, which opened in 2016.

Skiing is possible during the night as well in Didveli thanks to LED lights installed across the ski trails.

If necessary, 34 artificial snow machines will reproduce the effect of snow-crusted tracks for the whole winter season in Didveli.
