The third party, the Alliance of Patriots, has overcome the 5% threshold for entering the ninth Parliament of Georgia, latest preliminary results show.
The Alliance of Patriots party currently has 5.00323% of total votes.
According to Georgia's Election Code, parties need at least 5 percent votes to enter Parliament.
The third party received additional 150 votes after official changes were made in the protocols from several voting stations.
So far the CEC has counted 99.92 percent of all votes.
Votes from only three polling stations are yet to be counted.

Two parties have received enough votes to gain seats in Parliament, but the future of a third party is the most interesting and still unclear.
The Alliance of Patriots party, currently in third place, has 4.9984289873945 percent of total votes.
According to Georgia's Election Code, parties need at least 5 percent votes to enter Parliament.
Georgia’s Central Election Commission (CEC) spokesperson Ana Mikeladze said if the number of votes received by the Alliance of Patriots does not change once all the votes are counted, the CEC will discuss whether or not 4.998 percent could be counted as overcoming the minimum five percent threshold.
So far the CEC has counted 99.92 percent of all votes.

Georgia’s Central Election Commission has counted 99.92 percent of all votes cast in Saturday's Parliamentary Elections in Georgia.
Latest preliminary results show three parties are likely to enter Parliament - Georgian Dream, United National Movement (UNM) and Alliance of Patriots.
According to Georgian legislation, a party must gain at least five percent of total votes to enter Parliament.

On Saturday, October 8, Georgian citizens voted to elect the 150-seat Parliament of Georgia, 77 members through party lists and 73 in the majoritarian districts.
