Viktor Dolidze, Georgia's Ambassador to NATO, on Monday said Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze’s first official visit to Brussels showed the country's “most important” foreign and security policy priorities.
In his remarks over the visit, Dolidze noted the scheduled meeting with officials of the bloc would include a bilateral discussion with the Secretary General as well as a meeting of the NATO-Georgia Commission within the framework of the North Atlantic Council.
“Therefore, the discussion of both political and pragmatic matters in relation to Georgia was, is and will remain on the agenda”, the official said.
Kobakhidze on Monday left for his first official visit to Brussels to hold meetings with officials of EU and NATO bodies.
