Georgian tourism potential showcased in South Korea

The Georgian National Tourism Administration on Tuesday said the country’s tourism potential had been showcased at the Korea International Tourism Show in Ilsan, South Korea.

At the Show, one of the largest fairs in Asia, Georgia’s national tourist products were introduced to the visitors.

The Administration said its representatives had also held meetings with Kang Yu-Jeong, the head of the Asia and Middle East Department of Korea Tourism Organisation, as well as with the managers of the Korean tourist company Hanjin Travel, with the aim of attracting visitors from the country to Georgia.

The event hosted 50,000 visitors and 500 tourist organisations from all over the world.
