Cooperation between Georgia and Latvia was discussed on Tuesday in a meeting between the Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Irakli Kurashvili, the country’s newly appointed Ambassador to Latvia.
The head of the Government congratulated the diplomat on the new position and wished him success in the position, the Government Administration said.
Kurashvili previously worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and served as the Ambassador to Switzerland and Argentina.
