PM, new Ambassador to Poland discuss relations between countries

The principal directions of the cooperation between Georgia and Poland were discussed on Tuesday in a meeting between the Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Diana Zhgenti, the country’s newly appointed Ambassador to Poland.
The head of the Government congratulated the diplomat on the new position and wished her success in the position, the Government Administration said.
Zhgenti previously worked as the Consul General of Georgia in New York. She also headed the consular service of the Embassy of Georgia in the Netherlands.
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Zurab Beridze, the country’s newly appointed Ambassador to Norway, on Monday discussed the existing cooperation and prospects for closer partnership between the two states.
