Traditional Korean dancing, costumes, games and other aspects of the national culture were introduced to visitors of an event hosted by the Georgia-Korea Information Access Centre of Tbilisi’s Central Library, the venue said on Tuesday.
Visitors were invited to participate in the dance performances and play traditional games, with Taekwondo martial arts techniques and national Hanbok clothing also showcased by Korean students invited for the occasion.

Vocal performances, pantomime shows and other elements of the country’s culture were also in the programme by the venue that has hosted Korean culture events over the years.

Dedicated to the study of the Korean language, the Centre has invited teachers from South Korea to give language courses to both beginners and students with basic knowledge.
Courses and events at the venue are organised using equipment adapted for visually impaired people and facilitating distance learning, the Centre also said.
