Georgian PM to hold “high-level” meetings in Croatia visit

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili on Sunday left for an official visit to the Croatian capital of Zagreb with a Government delegation, the Government Administration said.
Garibashvili will hold “high-level” bilateral meetings, within the visit to Zagreb.
The PM is also scheduled to attend the opening ceremony of the Embassy of Georgia in Croatia.
Bilateral relations between Georgia and Croatia and the “successful cooperation” between the countries within international organisations were discussed on Friday in a meeting between the Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Zaal Gogsadze, the country’s newly appointed Ambassador to Croatia.
The European Union member Croatia’s experience will be useful for Georgia on its European integration path, Georgian Economy Minister Levan Davitashvili said on Thursday following a meeting with Croatia’s Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman.
